Our Fitness and Yoga Package is a perfect getaway for fitness enthusiasts seeking a mindfully designed training programme. With the support and guidance of our fitness coaches Casie Marie, Eduardo and professional Muay Thai boxer Theo, this type of holiday will give you a great start to developing healthy habits and continue to improve your fitness in the long-term.


Here at Omassim there is a focus on maximum results without overtraining, we believe in the feeling of a fun holiday paired with a healthier approach to lifestyle. Our team of first-class fitness, food and health professionals have devised an “Intensive” programme, which includes a perfect mix of strength, core and cardio-vascular workouts, alongside yoga, mediation and complementary holistic therapies, that will help you to reconnect with nature, your emotions, health and happiness whilst pushing you beyond all you thought possible, physically, mentally & emotionally.



Get motivated with our group sessions, including HIIT Circuits, Primal Movements, Kettlebells, Thai Boxing and much more - We also invite you pursue your own personal fitness goals in our well-equipped fitness studio.

Typical Day 1


08:00                      Flexual Tension: flex it, stretch it and work it… this is a 45 minute morning blast.

0830 – 10.30          Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Breakfast

10.30 – 11.15         HIIT: This multi-level circuit combines high-intensity bursts with periods of rest, to work the entire body

11.15 – 13:00         Free Time to explore or relax by the pool.

13:00 – 14.30         Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Lunch

14:30 – 17:30         Massage, Personal Training session, extra fitness classes or surf lessons *

17.30 – 18:00         Guided Meditation Session

18.15 – 19.30         Restorative Yin Yoga Class


19.30                      Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Dinner



Typical Day 2

08:00                      Invigorating Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class


09.15 – 10.30         Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Breakfast


10.30 – 11.15         Kettlebell training: Compound exercises to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously.


11.15 – 13:00         Free Time to explore or relax by the pool.


13:00 – 14.30         Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Lunch


14:30 – 16:15         Massage, Personal Training session, extra fitness classes or surf lessons *


16.15 – 17:45         Muay Thai: Class designed to introduce fundamental skills of the Thai martial art.


18:15 – 19:30         Restorative Yin Yoga Class


19.30                      Healthy Vegetarian Buffet Dinner

11 group workout sessions; 3 morning Core workouts,

Yoga & Meditaion

6 Yoga Group Classes. Either vinyasa flow in the morning or restorative, yin yoga in the evening.

5 optional guided meditation sessions.
