This class is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, and knees, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning.
With the help of our Thai champion boxer Theo, you'll be passed on the essential techniques, disciplines and training methods, learnt whist at a training bootcamp in Thailand.
You'll gain experience in sparing as well as blasting out rounds on the pads, bags and basic partner drills.
